As a general rule, the withdrawal from your main contract (the account) automatically entails the termination of your ancillary contract (the card). You have the option to choose to withdraw from only one of your contracts, unless the features of the offer subscribed to with the partner do not allow it, in which case the exercise of the right of withdrawal will apply globally.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, a link with the wording “cancel the contract here” is available to you. Exercising this right gives you access to a form where you must confirm your request by clicking on “confirm withdrawal”. This confirmation will be automatically followed by an acknowledgment of receipt. No fees will be charged to you, and you will be reimbursed within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of your request. If the service(s) started at your express request, you will be billed pro rata for the time used, strictly proportional to the service provided.
