PREAMBLE

TREEZOR has been granted an electronic money institution license by the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR) and is authorized to provide the payment services provided for in 3° and 5° of II of Article L. 314-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code. More specifically, in its capacity as a payment service provider, TREEZOR is authorised to issue and manage electronic money, to execute payment transactions associated with an account, in particular the execution of direct debits and transfers, including standing orders, and to issue payment instruments and acquire payment orders.

These authorisations are available on the ACPR (French Banking Regulator) website in the Register of Financial Agents (REGAFI).

TREEZOR is subject to the ACPR’s supervision with regard to compliance with the legislative and regulatory provisions applicable to it as an electronic money institution.

MEDIATION

TREEZOR has joined the mediation system set up by the French Association of Payment and Electronic Money Institutions (AFEPAME). If you are not satisfied with the answers given to you by your usual interlocutor, you can send a complaint to our Operations Department at the following address: reclamations@treezor.com or by phone at +33(0)1.84.19.35.23 and we commit ourselves to give you an answer within 15 working days following the reception of your complaint.

However, if additional time is required to respond to you, TREEZOR will send you a pending response justifying this period and specifying the final date for its response. In any case, you will receive a final answer no later than thirty-five working days following receipt of your complaint. In the event that the disagreement persists, you have the option, as a consumer, to contact the AFEPAME Mediator free of charge, within one year of your complaint, according to the following referral procedures:
