Treezor, Europe’s leading provider of Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), has recently strengthened its anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing (AML/CFT) and anti-fraud monitoring systems by collaborating with SAS, a world leader in analytics and artificial intelligence. This strategic partnership is in line with our regulatory obligations and the protection of our customers through the evolution of our financial security system.

This collaboration between SAS and Treezor involves the deployment of an integrated, state-of-the-art artificial intelligence platform dedicated to transaction monitoring. This platform optimizes alert detection and analysis, taking into account the network dimension to better contextualize information about customers and their transactions.

Thanks to a comprehensive datalab environment and SAS Viya technology, Treezor is able to calibrate its detection scenarios and develop specific segmentation models, thus reinforcing the effectiveness of its AML/CFT control framework.

Adin Buhks, Treezor’s Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, underlines the importance of this collaboration enabling Treezor to strengthen its automated AML/CFT and anti-fraud monitoring system. The adoption of this state-of-the-art platform, fully integrated into our processes and organization, is an important step in the maturity of Treezor and our Compliance system.

This project allows Treezor to strengthen its regulatory control framework and maintain customer confidence in the context of the evolving financial crime landscape.
